When you talk to us you are talking to the decision makers, there is no subcommittee or departmental sign off required. If we like what you’ve got for sale, we will make you a serious offer.
Decisive
Once we have agreed terms our solicitor will be instructed to progress the matter rapidly, then we will raise relevant enquiries only rather than drown you with forms. We will fund the purchase without the need for bank borrowing.
Trustworthy
Reputation means everything to us – if we say we will do something then we will, you can hold us to our word. We’ve all met people in property who make bold promises to secure a deal only to start backsliding as soon as they get a contract. That is not us.

George Cohen
Director
George started his career in sales working for Incentive Group, a family stationary business that his Father founded. This was a substantial business with over 200 employees, which was later sold to Staples plc.
George then moved into the property business working in all aspects of the market from auction, agency and investment to being involved with the handling of large quantities of residential and commercial property. He then joined with John in 2024 to form repurpose property. John is a long time business partner and associate.
John Bird
Director
John has been buying, holding and selling property for over 30 years. He has assembled portfolios and built up and sold off companies. With his many years experience across the residential and commercial sectors, John is able to swiftly evaluate any proposition that is put before him. John and George have traded together for many years and have joined together in 2024 to form Repurpose Property Limited.
