  • Wickham Road CR0

    We purchased two shops in this parade. We were able to obtain planning permission to increase the number of residential units above each of the shops. On one of the shops, we renewed the existing tenant’s lease, and on the other we let a tenant leave early so that we might let the shop to a stronger covenant who wanted to take a long lease.

    We purchased this freehold building with the shop let to a longstanding tenant and 3 flats, some tenanted and some vacant. Over time we renewed the commercial tenant’s lease and improved the residential units.

  • Upper High St Epsom

    This purchase comprised a ground floor café, a large flat spread over 2 floors and a detached building at the rear let to a commercial tenant. Over time we found a new tenant for the ground floor shop, we obtained planning permission to convert the upper flat into 2 units and the rear building was sold off for development.
